So, cabin fever’s kicking in and I’m sure we can all say we’re feeling a little sluggish our third week into lockdown. It’s more important now than ever to keep our bodies moving and our mental health in check.
Sam & Luke had a chat with their good mate Chris Feather, owner of 98 Gym to checkin and see how he’s coping through lockdown and how to keep fit during these tough times. The brothers and Chris go way back to their England days where Luke and Chris played together at Leeds Rhinos. Chris then moved across to play for the Bradford Bulls, where he was team mates with Sam. Pre-lockdown the boys would train with Chris in his Sydney gym regularly, but with restrictions in place, they’ve signed up to the 98 lockdown program.
