What payment options do you offer?

We have a whole array of different payment methods available on the site. With Safe2Pay, you are able to purchase 4B Label apparel using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay, SamsungPay, GooglePay, ApplePay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship worldwide and these costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout section. We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over $140 and Worldwide orders over $280. Our delivery flat fee for Australia is $12.


International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 4B Label Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 International Shipping

o    ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.

o    This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally. 

Unfortunately, 4B Label Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

How do I return an item?

If you have purchased the wrong size or there are issues with items of your order and wish to return them, please contact us at and we will be in touch with the return process. 

What is 4B Label's return policy?

To qualify for a return, your item/s must be unworn, in their original condition without any damages or alterations, with the original tags still attached and returned in their original packaging. 

Can I change my order?

Due to the fast turnaround time for our orders, we cannot guarantee that we can change your order details on an order already placed in our system.

How do I create a new account?

We’d love for you to join the 4B Label family!

When shopping with us, you have the option to create your very own 4B Label account. This is where you can view your recent orders, make returns, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and change your payment method.

To create an account, tick the checkbox that appears at the top of the checkout page “Create an Account”. By ticking this box, the information you fill in at the checkout will be saved to your account for an easier checkout process with your next purchase. If you do not click this, you will checkout as a guest.

How do I log in to my account?

To log in to your 4B Label account, simply go here to sign in. Alternatively, you can access your account through the account creation confirmation email which you received after originally creating an account.

How do I update my details on my account?
